Evaluation of performance and productivity and the process of its changes over time is considered essential in the process of improvement in organizations, production, industrial and service units. Regarding the estimation of productivity and productivity changes over time, different models, methods, approaches and indicators have been extracted and presented in various studies, one of the most important, common and widely used of them is the Malmquist Productivity Index. On the other hand, during production processes, undesirable products and outputs are produced simultaneously with desirable products. Therefore, with the development and expansion of the Malmquist Productivity Index, an index called the Malmquist Luenberger was introduced, which took into account the undesirable outputs while seeking to reduce them, and at the same time aimed at expanding the desirable outputs. Therefore, the current research and review paper, based on the PRISMA methodology, with the aim of a structured and systematic analysis of articles and researches on this subject. This research is of a review type that is conducted through searching in domestic and foreign databases such as Academic Jihad Scientific Information, Scopus, Science Direct, Elsevier and Google Scholar in the period from 1980 to 2022 with the approach of selecting the most important, most valid and prominent papers and Internal and external scientific and applied research has been carried out. The results of the current research show the existing scientific gaps and future suggestions regarding productivity evaluation using the Malmquist/Malmquist Luenberger Productivity Index.

Purpose: In this research, a multi-product and multi-period closed-loop supply chain design problem with three objectives of profitability, social responsibility, and reliability under uncertain conditions has been considered.
Methodology: Triangular fuzzy numbers have been used for non-deterministic parameters and a robust probabilistic programming approach with Me scale has been used to deal with fuzzy constraints. The proposed approach eliminates the need for iterative consideration by decision-makers by providing unlimited choices from the optimism-pessimism spectrum. The mathematical model developed in this research is of mixed integer linear programming type, which is implemented in GAMS software to solve it and find Pareto optimal solutions.
Findings: The accuracy of the overall performance of the proposed model has been evaluated with four examples (based on the coefficients of the objective functions) from a case study in the aluminum industry. The sensitivity analysis of the demand parameter showed that the proposed model achieved more economic profit, less social responsibility, and less reliability with increasing demand.
Originality/Value: The variability of the justified decision space in the Me criterion has helped to solve the supply chain network design problem more flexibly and closer to reality through the possibility of exchange between the objective function and the risk-taking level of the managers.

Purpose: This paper aimed to design a robust blood supply chain model that includes the stages of collection, processing and distribution of blood and blood products taking into account the lifespan and age of demand, which seeks to reduce supply chain costs and reduce the shortage and waste of blood products.Methodology: In this paper, MINLP method is used to model the research problem and in order to face the uncertainty in the problem parameters, the MPFRP method based on fuzzy data is proposed. The designed model was first evaluated for validation with numerical examples in small and large size and using real data in a case study in GAMS software?Findings: Using numerical examples and real data, the output indicates the performance of the proposed model. The output also had acceptable flexibility in the face of uncertainty in the parameters of the research model.Originality/Value: In this study, in order to reduce the shortage of blood products in situations where blood product is not available in the same group as the requested blood product, the ABO-RH adaptability principle has been used to replace the received demand with a compatible inventory. And also, to deal with uncertainty in uncertain parameters in the supply chain a solution based onmixed possibilistic-flexible robust programming is proposed.

Purpose: One of the major challenges facing performance appraisal based on the Balanced Scorecard approach is the lack of uniform integration and inference from understanding some of its indicators, which depend on the mental models of managers. Lack of proper understanding of organizational strategies and lack of common vision of these strategies is another challenge that must be minimized in order to properly implement this model. Therefore, the present study has tried to investigate the effect that decision makers' mental models have on performance appraisal indicators from the perspective of balanced scorecard and consequently on organizational performance, in order to create more development and enrichment in the scorecard model. Balanced in order to reduce the perceptual shortcomings and torsionality of some indicators in it, provided the possibility of better performance measurement in accordance with the mental models of evaluators and decision makers.Methodology: In this regard, the data required for the research were distributed and analyzed through two stage of pls software and it is a researcher-made questionnaire among the managers of the Refah Bank in Gilan province.Findings: The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were 0.895 and 0.603, respectively, and Cronbach’s alpha was 0.850. The results of this study indicate a strong and direct relationship between mental models and performance appraisal indicators from the perspective of a stable balanced scorecard as well as organizational performance. The dependence of more than 80% of the organizational performance variable on the subject mental model also shows the high impact of this index on it.Originality/Value: The existence of an intermediate relationship between the index of mental models, and other sights of the stable balanced scorecard approach showed that this is an important factor affecting organizational performance and can improve and enhance organizational performance by influencing the views of the balanced scorecard.
